IRC225156 - MAINTENANCE INSTRUMENT SPV

At Eni, we are looking for a Maintenance Instrument SPV within ZFOD in Zubair, Iraq. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling all Public Address-General Alarm (PA-GA) and ICSS internal data transmission network and maintenance activities according to maintenance policy/program and availability of spare parts and materials, equipment, and tools, so as to minimize equipment downtime, disruption to production operations and ensure the safe operability of the plant. Reviewing of maintenance specifications based on internal and International Standards, best practices, Legislative and statutory acts of the Republic of Iraq, internal policy, and regulations of ZFOD.

As a member of the maintenance department at ZFOD, you will be responsible for :

• Analyzing approved PA-GA systems and Instrument data transmission Network work requests and definition of work to be executed in their respect.

• Establishing necessary resources to execute each work (manpower, materials, tools, contractors, etc.)

• Checking the availability of materials concerning the established work dates.

• Executing the weekly work scheduling and distribution to the concerned units.

• Carrying out independently or with the support of contractors the work to check and eliminate the faults in ICSS data transmission networks, and public address systems including loudspeakers network, beacons, microphones, structured cabling systems, fib re optics and Data Network equipment such as, but not limited to, Fiber-optic cables, Fiber-optic patch panels, routers, network switches.

• Supervising and coordinating of Contractor`s activities and work feedback analysis to improve maintenance plans, efficiency, and processes.

• Knowledge of international standards applied to the oil industry concerning Telecom Network and PA-GA systems.

• Evaluating technical offers for either services or materials

• Ensuring that the internal and contractor`s equipment tools are adequate, suitable and kept in working order.

• Technical diploma in Electronic/Telecom/Automation branch

• experience in Oil & Gas Industry

• experience in Instrument / Telecom / PA-GA system installation and maintenance

• Advanced knowledge of English
