Role:
Develop and manage a customer portfolio in accordance with Trade, and the line. She/he sells products and services related to it while promoting Group image and values. Contribute to the fulfillment of the Commercial Actions Plan by gaining and supporting customer loyalty, developing new traffic through his/her knowledge of the market and/or product, and managing a dedicated customer portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Strategic BCO's annual nominations vs. actual performance.
- Identify the commercial market opportunities and prospects and follow up on the customers to develop and monitor the customer's portfolio.
- To perform sales calls weekly as per his/her targets and identify details on the CRM system
- Promote and sell all the Group products, Non-Maritime products, tools, and services (i.e. eCommerce, intermodal, value-added products, value-added services, contract logistics, supply chain services, etc.) & make sales leads through the CRM system.
- Receive, and qualify in priority customers' requests, based on their strategic importance, and process their requests.
- Inform her/his customers about all CMA CGM services, updates, and new products regularly.
- Participate in establishing the commercial action plan and ensure the right customer segmentation is selected in her/his area.
- Relay quotation requests from her/his customers to headquarters & closely follow up the process.
- Ensure updates of commercial data in the information system, try to identify the market, and develop new business.
- Sell to customers the solution best fitted to their needs by phone,
- Structure information about competitive rate evolution to enable the line to adapt its commercial policy,
- Collect commercial data and customer feedback in the Group system.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate or post-graduate level in university from relevant departments,
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role,
- Previous customer touch experience is a must,
