Warehouse Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations for our client, a leading fintech company.

About the Role:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping of equipment and materials.
  • Utilize ERP systems to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and support warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders to achieve high satisfaction levels.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in fintech or a related sector.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems and inventory control processes.
