Human Resources SpecialistThis role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, leaves, attendance, investigations, communication, and employee welfare. You will also develop and implement efficient document archiving systems and digitize legacy files for easy access.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations activities, oversee internal HR policies, provide recommendations to the HR Manager, and handle workplace violations.
- Leaves: Manage all types of leave requests, ensure approvals and required documents are in place, and ensure proper handover procedures for long leaves.
- Attendance: Monitor employee attendance, coordinate with Compensation Officer and supervisors, and handle lateness reports.
- Investigations: Review official investigation requests, assess each case, determine whether to proceed, form and manage investigation committees, document findings and recommendations, and cooperate with Legal Department.
- Communication: Build effective communication channels with staff across all levels, act as a trusted point of contact for staff issues, and promote HR's role as a support center for employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Intermediate English (written, spoken, reading).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Dashboards, Analysis, Reports).
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent data gathering and analysis skills.
- Ability to read body language and interpret reactions.
- High multitasking ability under pressure.
