We are seeking a seasoned HR Professional to oversee critical human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee benefits administration, and coordination with government institutions on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee social security and tax compliance, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulations.
  • Handle HR-related documentation and coordinate with government agencies for labor law compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy in employee benefits, deductions, and tax filings.
  • Coordinate work permits and residency procedures for foreign employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact between the company and government institutions for HR-related matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and labor rights.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management in decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions, particularly recruitment and government compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security, and taxation regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with government institutions and regulatory bodies.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
