IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting various IT infrastructure towers, ensuring system performance and availability.

This role will be based out of Iraq and will involve working closely with our clients to deliver outstanding IT solutions.

• Manage and support IT infrastructure towers to ensure system performance and availability.
• Assist in the deployment of new systems and applications, conducting user training and support.
• Oversee software license management and maintenance, ensuring compliance and optimal usage.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, facilitating tracking and reporting.
• Support the planning and coordination of IT initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct physical installations and certifications for servers and network devices in the server room.
• Manage user accounts, including creation, suspension, and deletion of IDs and email accounts.
• Provide comprehensive support to end users, resolving IT issues effectively.
