Telephone Call Center Agent

We are looking for an experienced Telephone Operator to manage all internal and external calls with professionalism and courtesy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Receiving handovers from the Night Manager/Duty Manager and ensuring all systems are up and running within the telephone operators room.
2. Familiarizing with local news and major events in the city to provide accurate information to guests.
3. Maintaining guest data base and feeding in guest history.
4. Attending daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on hotel operations.
5. Actioning pending issues and following up with relevant teams.
6. Handling guest complaints in a courteous and professional manner, reporting immediately to senior management.
7. Ensuring complete courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times, including maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front office or call center role, possess clear and professional telephone etiquette, and be fluent in English and Arabic.
