Job Title: Supply Specialist

- This position offers a unique opportunity to work in supply management, providing critical support to operations across the globe.">
- You will be responsible for managing inventory, storage, and distribution of supplies, as well as performing aspects of supply management work related to depot, local, or other supply activities.">
- Your knowledge of supply operations and program requirements will enable you to apply established supply policies, day-to-day servicing techniques, regulations, and procedures.">
- You will work closely with clients and colleagues to tackle complex challenges with integrity, respect, responsibility, and professionalism.">
- As a Supply Specialist, you will perform a range of tasks including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies, selecting stock for issue, creating and processing material release orders, and keeping records on incoming and outgoing stock.">
- You will also reconcile customer documentation with the PSRA and SSA on issues, receipts, storage of supplies and equipment, and financial discrepancies.">
- Other duties may include operating a Cannibalization Point in accordance with AR 710-2, reconciling open requests, repairable exchange items, and cannibalization items, establishing and maintaining stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reports.">
- You will work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum three years' experience in Unit Level Supply Management and Property Control.">
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAMS, and ULLS-G.">
- An understanding of principles and methods for accountability of supplies and equipment at retail/wholesale level, warehousing, and moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road.">
- A customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.">
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve problems and make decisions in a timely manner.">
