Job Description:

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our team to achieve individual and network commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients
  • Sell Emirates airline tickets and services
  • Assist customers with managing their travel plans
  • Work as part of a team to achieve individual and network Commercial objectives

Requirements:

- Be fluent in English

- Have at least 2 years of experience in a contact centre or reservations office environment within the airline or travel industry

- Hold a Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism

- Possess PC-based skills to operate Windows packages including Microsoft Word/Excel/E-mail

- Be knowledgeable about ticketing formalities and fare quotations
