Field Specialist

We are seeking a Field Specialist to join our team. As an Artificial Lift Field Specialist, you will be the key interface between our on-site teams and clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Pulling of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) Systems
  • Set-up and Start-ups of Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSDs
  • Troubleshooting Surface and Down-hole ESP Equipment
  • Record Keeping and Documentation
  • On-the-job Training to Team Members
  • Compliance with Baker Hughes HSE Policies, Legal Requirements and Core Values
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Degree in Relevant Field
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience as Artificial Lift Field Specialist
  • Leadership and Supervisory Experience
  • Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
  • Proactivity, Flexibility and Self-motivation
  • Customer Focus and Relationship Building
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
