Job Title: Kurdish Sorani Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kurdish Sorani interpreter to join our team at ContactLink Solutions. As an interpreter, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between individuals with limited English proficiency and our clients who require assistance in Kurdish Sorani language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and accurately, adhering to the Interpreters Code of Conduct.
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the specific vocabulary and terminology relevant to the healthcare and medical industry.
• Participate in regular internal professional training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Native-level proficiency in Kurdish Sorani and English, with excellent comprehension and communication skills.
• At least 1 year of interpreting experience, preferably in the healthcare and medical industry.
• High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and adaptability.
• Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

• A fully remote position with a clear schedule, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
• A full-time or part-time position, depending on your preferences and availability.
