Fitness Coach

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Professional to join our team as a Gym Instructor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on exercise programs, ensuring safe use of equipment, and promoting a healthy lifestyle aligned with our commitment to well-being and vitality.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in the gym with a warm and professional attitude.

  • Provide personal fitness assessments, create workout programs, and offer fitness advice.

  • Instruct guests on the correct and safe use of gym equipment.

  • Ensure the gym area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary amenities (towels, water, etc.).

  • Monitor the gym area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appropriate guest behavior.

  • Promote wellness services and encourage guest participation in health-related activities.

  • Conduct fitness classes or group training sessions, as applicable.

  • Report any maintenance or safety issues with equipment to the relevant department.

  • Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques

• Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a gym instructor, personal trainer, or fitness coach (preferably in a hotel or resort setting).

  • Certified in fitness training, personal training, or physical education.

  • CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and training techniques.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate guests of all fitness levels.

  • Good communication in Arabic and English.

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance.
