Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee the management of day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating international shipments, managing documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

• Plan, track, and coordinate all logistics activities to meet operational requirements.
• Create and update delivery schedules, ensuring seamless communication with relevant departments.
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to lost or damaged products.
• Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and best practices.
• Cordinate with customers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping arrangements.
• Submit shipping instructions and update shipment data in the system.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues efficiently.
• Analyze freight options to recommend the most effective and cost-efficient solutions.
• Develop and execute shipment plans based on customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in international logistics or shipping coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Detailed knowledge of export/import regulations.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
