Static Operations Chief

Role Summary:

• We are seeking an exceptional Security Manager to lead our static security operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of guards, ensuring the highest standards of security and safety are maintained at all times.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing security teams, with experience in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and crisis management.

• Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.
• Lead a team of security personnel, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement measures to address them.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security protocols and procedures.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

• 6 years cumulative military/police service or equivalent commercial security and risk management experience.
• 2 years previous experience of working in Iraq for a MOI registered PSC.
• Demonstrated competence over a minimum of 1 year in a previous PSC operations management role.
• Attended and passed an internationally regarded military Non-Commissioned Officer or similar organizational command and leadership course.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Native English Speaker.
• SIA license.
• HSE certificate (IOSH).
• Tact, judgment, and the ability to communicate well, both verbally and written, in the English language.
• The necessary skill set and attitude to manage a mixed expatriate and local national guard force.
