Seeking an experienced HSE professional to join ACZENTA as a Safety Trainer for Refinery Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to industry personnel, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a safe working environment.

About the Role

This is a freelance position that requires a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training, particularly in refinery operations. As a Safety Trainer, you will design and deliver training materials, conduct assessments, and facilitate workshops to equip industry professionals with the necessary expertise to manage safety risks effectively.

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry. You must have demonstrated expertise in delivering HSE training programs, including designing training materials and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HSE induction courses to HSE technicians and engineers, covering theoretical and practical components.
  • Facilitate training on critical HSE topics, including process operational safety, material hazards, and isolation protocols.
  • Conduct written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and ability to apply safety standards and procedures effectively.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering HSE training programs, including designing training materials and assessments.
