Top Notch Consultancy is a prominent company in the fintech industry in Baghdad, Iraq, offering a wide range of consumer and business services. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to provide strategic leadership to our executive team.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy to support business objectives, encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational structures that drive business success.
• Oversee essential HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and risk management.
• Evaluate and refine HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and industry best practices, mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience. In addition to your base salary:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a leadership or advisory capacity.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field (a master's degree is highly desirable).
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR technologies, and best practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
