Job Overview

ACZENTA seeks a seasoned Safety Expert to facilitate HSE Induction Courses and training programs for industry personnel in refinery operations.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive HSE training, covering theoretical and practical aspects of process operational safety, material hazards, isolation protocols, and maintenance work safety.
Develop and administer written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and application of safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of refinery operations and associated safety risks.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations and their application in an oil and gas environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other training tools.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to engage participants effectively in diverse training settings.
