Project Director

The Team Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects in Iraq. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, considering scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and other specialists.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all civil engineering activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil projects within the oil and gas sector.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil and infrastructure engineering principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
