We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations and ensure equipment performance. This role requires hands-on leadership and strategic thinking to support efficiency and operational excellence.
Maintenance Responsibilities:- Lead and manage maintenance teams for timely execution of activities.
- Plan and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with departments to minimize downtime and enhance production flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and solve complex issues.
