HSE Trainer Position

We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to deliver high-quality training programs to industry personnel.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive HSE induction courses covering theoretical and practical components.
  • Facilitate training on critical HSE topics, including process operational safety, material hazards, and isolation protocols.
  • Conduct written and practical assessments to evaluate participants' understanding of safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing training materials and assessments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of refinery operations and associated safety risks.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations.
Personal Attributes:

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Can engage participants effectively in classroom and on-site training settings.
  • Is proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Has strong organizational and time-management skills.
