We thrive on the challenge of exponential growth, constantly innovating to meet and exceed the expectations of our merchants and their customers.Summary:The Orders Management Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of orders within our last-mile service. This involves receiving and processing orders, coordinating with drivers, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Order CoordinationCommunicate with Last Mile partners regarding order status and updatesCheck and follow up on delayed orders to ensure timely resolutionCustomer Follow-UpContact customers regarding postponed and on-hold orders for confirmation or reschedulingInternal CommunicationCoordinate with internal teams, including the Care Team and Operations, on order-related issuesQualifications:Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and have at least basic English proficiency. Kurdish language skills are highly preferred.Previous experience in a logistics, order management, or customer service role is preferred.Proficiency in using order management systems and tracking software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   Ability to handle high-volume workloads.Working Hours:Working hours are 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup, with 6-7 hour shifts across 6 days and 1 day off.Extra Things:If you are not passionate about customer service, don't apply.The work location is Karkh, Baghdad.Rotating schedule: day and night shift We seek talented individuals even if they less than 1 year of experience.The work environment is respectful and rewarding but rigorous at the same time.
