Restaurant Manager

Our client is a well known upscale casual restaurant brand opening its new branch in Erbil.The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, and a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. A natural leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality.Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operation with a hands-on approach and maintain exceptional levels of customer serviceDelivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfactionConduct daily pre-shift meetings with employees on preparation, guest profile, service and menu servedAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityOrganize and supervise shiftsManage and lead the restaurant teamIncentivize team members to maximize sales and revenueComply with fire regulations, and all health and safety legislationAbility to work under pressureExcellent grooming standards Qualifications Experience in standalone restaurant concepts is strongly preferredMinimum 2-3 years experience in a similar positionAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workAble to meet financial targetsStrong leadership, motivational, and people skillsProficiency in Arabic & French languages preferred What We Offer: A chance to be part of a world-class team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth within our global brand.Accommodation facilities
