We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional in strategic business development and contract negotiations. This role requires exceptional communication and persuasion abilities to engage with high-level decision-makers within major organizations. The main responsibility is to identify target sectors, establish lasting partnerships, and successfully negotiate and close contracts.
Requirements
- Identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to pinpoint key target sectors and companies for strategic partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with top decision-makers at major companies.
- Lead negotiations and create win-win solutions that align with the company's objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of contracts and achievement of agreed-upon targets.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's presence and visibility within targeted markets.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of negotiations, deal progress, and future opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets and objectives are met.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and potential threats to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Offer administrative and strategic support throughout the contract negotiation and execution phases.
- Manage risks associated with contracts to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Organize meetings and events with key clients to expand the company's business network and potential collaborations.
- Develop promotional materials and tailored proposals to enhance negotiations and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration between sales, contracts, and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development and contract negotiations, ideally within service industries.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a proven track record in establishing and managing high-level relationships.
- In-depth understanding of Middle Eastern markets, particularly in Iraq and surrounding regions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
