Field Senior Document Controller

(Iraq Native)

  • Reports to Site IM/IT Lead
  • Provides EDMS accounts, training, guidance, and support to all stakeholders
  • Provides Weekly Construction and Post Contract Document Control Status Report to Site Team (Activities Ongoing/Completed and Issue Escalation)
  • Provides Dailly pending document reports to key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement Site Document Control Processes, Procedures and Supporting Documentation, and assist Third Parties (Vendors) in adhering to these
  • Provide Document Control support to all key stakeholders, including management and discipline leads
  • Expedite contractually required deliverables from contractors, Vendors and other Key stakeholders
  • Control, prepare and handover all contractually required deliverables as per project handover processes and procedures
  • Assist in the controlled handover process of information as per clients specification. 
  • Manage the archiving all required Project Documentation
  • Provides Daily Status Updates and Issues Escalation to IM / IT Lead
  • Controlling, tracking and reporting of Technical Related Documentation ( TQ's, TD's etc.)
  • Control Submission and Uploading of KBR Generated Documents
  • QC Verification, Submission and Uploading of all received Documentation from stakeholders
  • Expedite Document Review Process
  • Scanning of Commissioning / MC Dossiers and Uploading in EDMS
  • Correspondence Management (transmittals, Letters, Internal Memo, Email Register)
  • Maintain ERW and NCR Trackers
  • Scanning and processing of redlined submittal documents and Construction Dossiers when required
  • Following up with engineering team for completing ASB drawings as per schedule date
  • Control of Contract Related documentation (Variation Orders, Variation Requests etc.)

Requirements for the Candidate

  • Nationality - Iraqi
  • Bachelor University Degree in the relevant field
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Arabic and English languages knowledge
  • Good computer skills
