Our client a leading Fintech company based in Baghdad, Iraq is looking for an "E-Commerce Manager".

You will play a crucial role in enhancing the online shopping experience, optimizing our online store, and driving revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring its functionality, usability, and performance meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Oversee product management, including product listings, pricing, availability, and product information accuracy.
  • Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, including order fulfillment and shipping logistics.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role with a track record of successfully growing online sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret e-commerce metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a superior online shopping experience.
