A leading Business development & IT solutions company is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support our business operations. The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and help improve efficiency and productivity across various departments.

Location: Baghdad, Zayouna, Alrubaye St.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.

2. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions.

3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Reporting: Prepare and present reports and findings to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

6. Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
