Spa & Wellness Call Centre Agent - Full-time, Permanent

Join our leading Spa Centre in Baghdad, Iraq as a Call Centre Agent to provide excellent customer service and hospitality to our clients. In this role, you will answer phones, book appointments, and perform other call centre duties as needed. You will also direct clients to the proper areas upon arrival and provide information regarding our spa and massage services. The ideal candidate should have outstanding customer service skills have the willingness to relocate to Baghdad, Iraq and possess some other related experience, such as a receptionist role or an administrative role in a call centre environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, book appointments and perform receptionist duties
  • Greet clients and assist them during their visit
  • Provide information to clients regarding spa services and memberships
  • Ensure the spa operations run smoothly
  • Assist with ordering inventory as needed
  • Promote spa services

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any related field
  • Relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of common spa amenities (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
