Job Role

To perform routine maintenance and minor repair work related to carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems within company facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained workplace

Job Responsibilities
  • Carry out simple Facilities tasks
  • Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct
  • Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
  • Organize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities
  • Perform basic tasks in technical troubleshooting, such as identifying evident technical issues with equipment and experiments and assisting in basic diagnostic actions
  • Perform simple visual and physical checks to verify that specifications are met.
Education
Secondary Education Certification from a vocational school Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in general facility maintenance, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
