Professional Experience

• Lead and manage all project information management activities to meet contractual and internal execution requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of project information systems, ensuring consistent procedures, processes, and support are in place for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate with IT, engineering, and third-party vendors to integrate new solutions and troubleshoot system issues.
• Represent Information Management (IM) on the project management team, acting as the focal point for all project systems and services.
• Manage project mobilization, ensuring timely delivery of relevant information to stakeholders, and optimizing systems and workflows for quality execution.
• Supervise a team of information managers, document controllers, data managers, and digital delivery specialists, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with information governance standards and facilitate project workshare requirements, including monitoring procedures for global delivery centers.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts for all project information technology and services.
• Oversee the identification, collection, validation, and handover of project data and document deliverables.
• Support project close-out and shutdown, ensuring orderly and complete transfer of information.
