Job Brief

We are seeking a Social Media Executive with a primary focus on graphic design to oversee the management of Social Media accounts. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in utilizing social media platforms to accomplish business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for social media, possess advanced graphic design skills, excel in customer service, demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, and exhibit a keen interest in digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate engaging social media content, including visual designs, captions, and hashtags, while actively participating in online conversations and monitoring user engagement.
  • Maintain an active social media presence by consistently posting on various platforms.
  • Familiarize yourself with all assigned accounts and brands to effectively engage with customers, respond to inquiries, address complaints, and acknowledge feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Coordinate website updates, ensuring content and structure are optimized.
  • Regularly update website content, including online descriptions and product listings.
  • Collect, analyze, and generate reports on social media metrics.
  • Review design briefs and ascertain project requirements.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on specified criteria.
  • Create initial drafts and present design ideas.
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to produce visually appealing and on-brand final graphics and layouts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and graphic design to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine social media strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into social media content and design concepts.
  • ·Stay informed about relevant industry events, news, and developments to identify opportunities for brand exposure.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (knowledge of Kurdish is a plus).
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in transforming complex concepts into engaging and accessible content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design software and technologies such as Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
