Job Summary:

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell vehicles.

• Provide detailed information about available vehicles, including features, performance, pricing, and financing options.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Assist customers with the vehicle purchase process, including documentation and financing.

• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, technologies, and company offerings.

• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.

• Maintain a well-organized and presentable showroom environment.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.

• Attend product training sessions to stay informed about new models and features.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities.

• Educate customers about vehicle maintenance requirements and available service options.

• Participate in community events and expos to promote company products.

• Follow company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

• Contribute to team efforts by achieving personal and team goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, Communication or related field.

• Fresh graduate or one year of in automotive sales or a similar role.

• Fluency in Arabic language, English is a plus.

• Knowledge in Ms. Office or Customer Service Software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
