Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales

  2. Achieve target and exceed sales, profitability and collection targets.

  3. Establish a quality customer base.
  4. Closely interact with customers, understand and identify their needs.
  5. Demonstrate products on site to customers and establish their suitability to customers needs.
  6. Identify, well in advance, upcoming projects.
  7. Convey customer feedback to appropriate levels of management, especially feedback of technical nature.
  8. Fully investigate and ascertain credibility of a new customer before appointment. To adhere the prescribed procedures for appointment including completion of Customer Profile form.
  9. Ensure satisfactory level of after sales service.
  10. Attend promptly to customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
  11. Clearly understand and adhere to the warranty policy.
  12. Closely interact with ready mixed concrete ,precast concrete companies, cement companies .

  13. Collection

  14. Communicate credit period and payment terms to customers clearly.

  15. Assist the debt collector whenever so called upon.
  16. Ensure completeness of sales documentation, which will be a pre-requisite if a receivable turns doubtful and legal action is required to be taken.

  17. Sales Administration

  18. Initiate steps to procure products required through Central Logistics Coordinator / Regional Sales Manager.

  19. Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  20. Ensure submission of quality certificate / data sheet / product brochures, wherever necessary.
  21. Ensure submission of invoice and other related documents to customers without delay.

Qualifications

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, concrete industry and oil & gas.
  • Education: Civil Engineer or related engineering field
  • Languages: English & Arabic.
  • Technical Skills: Solid IT proficiency.
