OG seeking a highly organized and proactive Programs Coordinator to join our team. The Programs Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various programs and events. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well with diverse teams.  Salary range : 750, ,000 IQD Location: OG, Palms of baghdad  Responsibilities :

- Program Planning and Development:

  1. Design and develop program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Collaborate with team members to set program goals and objectives.

- Implementation and Coordination:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring they are executed according to plan.
  2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all program components are aligned and delivered on time.
  3. Manage program logistics, including venue booking, equipment procurement, and material preparation.

- Monitoring and Evaluation:

  1. Track program progress and performance against established goals and metrics.
  2. Conduct regular evaluations and gather feedback to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes and impacts.

-  Communication and Reporting:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, stakeholders, and partners.
  2. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities

.- Team Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure cohesive program execution.
  2. Provide guidance and support to program staff, interns, and volunteers.

- Budget Management:

  1. Assist in developing and managing program budgets.
  2. Monitor expenditures to ensure programs stay within financial constraints.
