Objectives:

The Trade Manager will be responsible for attracting and Securing Cafes, Restaurants, And Fast-Food Chains for the project. The primary objective is to curate a diverse and appealing culinary landscape that enhances the project's attractiveness to visitors and tenants.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential cafes, restaurants, and fast-food chains that align with the project's brand and customer demographics. Build and maintain a comprehensive list of prospects.
  • Initiate and conduct negotiations with potential tenants, including lease terms, rental rates, and other relevant agreements. Ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, understanding their needs and requirements to facilitate successful deals.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on leasing progress, tenant occupancy, and revenue projections.
  • Explore opportunities to expand and attract new businesses.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in initiating and closing sales contracts.
  • Possessing a comprehensive database of all local restaurants and cafes in Erbil.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successfully closing deals.
