Objectives:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement. They will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies targeted at the B2C market segment, ensuring effective communication, and achieving marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing B2C marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gain valuable insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Support the management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and product development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with customer needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Arabic & Kurdish is required, and English is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, creating engaging and persuasive content.
  • Solid understanding of B2C marketing principles, consumer behavior, and customer journey mapping.
  • Creative thinker, generating innovative ideas for engaging B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
