Clinical Coordinator-CHT

Position Summary:

AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Coordinator to drive its mission of enhancing healthcare education and practice through innovative experiential learning. In this pivotal role, the Clinical Coordinator will develop clinical rotation programs, supervise preceptors, teach courses, and contribute to accreditation and research initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structured clinical rotation programs for healthcare students in collaboration with professionals to provide practical learning opportunities.
• Assist clinical preceptors in delivering effective mentorship during practicums.
• Teach theoretical and clinical courses/labs, with a teaching load of up to 6 credits per semester (representing up to 50% of the role).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an integrated curriculum.
• Support the accreditation process for healthcare programs.
• Participate in committee work at both the college and university levels.
• Provide academic advising and support students in career development.
• Assist the Dean with administrative duties, including student enrollment, program development, and strategic planning.
• Support faculty with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Required Education: Master's degree in healthcare or health sciences-related fields.
• Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years.
