Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office communications, including answering phones, emails, and scheduling meetings

• Assist with document preparation, data entry, and reporting

• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports

• Help organize company events, meetings, or conferences

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Professional conduct and a team-oriented attitude
