We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead the setup and ongoing operations of a new warehouse facility. This hands-on leader will manage inventory, optimize workflows, and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.

Startup Phase:

- Oversee warehouse setup, including layout design, equipment procurement, and software implementation.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely operational readiness.
- Coordinate with procurement to secure necessary materials and stock.
- Establish health, safety, and quality standards in line with regulations.

Operational Phase:

- Manage daily operations: receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Continuously improve warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and sales departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience launching warehouse projects or startups.
- Knowledge of lean management principles and continuous improvement.
- Budget management skills to optimize resources.

Age Requirement: 28 to 38 years old
