About Position:

Business Analyst Financial Modeling

Background:

Experience in Financial Services, consulting firm, rating agency or corporate finance/strategy division of corporate or financial institution with strong expertise in financial modelling to support infrastructure and business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle engagements related to infrastructure project financing, including investment appraisal and PPP projects.
• Develop, design, and maintain financial models for valuations, feasibility studies, and business planning for infrastructure and project finance transactions.
• Develop cash flow models, DCF valuations, sensitivity analysis, and ROI calculations for new projects and business cases
• Support transaction advisory, investment evaluation and financing through robust financial modeling and analysis.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and projections to assist the bank in performance reviews
• Benchmark industry trends, market dynamics, and comparable transactions.

Qualification and Experience requirements:

• MBA from a premier institute/ CFA (USA)/ CA (ICAI)
• 4+ years of post-qualification relevant experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques (DCF, LBO, M&A, sensitivity/scenario analysis).
• Knowledge of fund raising, debt syndication, and project finance structures.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Diverse sectoral experience. Any experience with Banking/Insurance/Financial Services sector will be a plus.
