The HR Specialist/Talent Acquisition is responsible on delivering the most suitable HR solutions, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the existing workforce while preparing them for the long-term needs of the organization. Additionally, adeptly managing performance, talent, engagement, and both internal and external recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR Manager in defining and implementing strategies related to employee engagement, performance management, organizational structuring, and compensation systems in alignment with the company's vision and missions, while meeting functional requirements and collaborating with business leaders.
- Identifying employee training needs and developing continuous development plans, as well as providing guidance during performance evaluations.
- Supervising HR reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinating the recruitment and selection process to ensure a well-organized and comprehensive approach to hiring staff.
- Monitoring regulatory compliance to facilitate audit preparation, providing updates on processes, and offering compliance recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with Group HR experts to streamline HR activities.
- Assisting in coordinating internal and external audits, including workplace rights audits, and handling disciplinary actions and ethical code processes.
- Taking responsibility for creating, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Labor Law and relevant legislations, and overseeing their effective implementation.
- 5 years of experience in HR functional and management roles.
- Bachelor degree in business or any related filed.
- Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and upper intermediate level in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Highly adept in analytical skills.
- Prior managerial and/or other relevant functional experience is a valuable asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing cross-functional projects and systems.
- Ensures recruitment projects are of high quality and completed on schedule.
