Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment. Perform corrective maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and components. Ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of equipment. Identify mechanical faults and root causes using diagnostic tools and techniques. Recommend and implement solutions to recurring issues Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE standards and industry regulations. Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Ensure that all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards at client site. Key accountabilities and Responsibilities: Support the application of client Policy in relation to the Drug and Alcohol policy, Company Ethics, Award conditions, etc, whilst respecting and protecting the personal rights of subordinates. Expected: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Material Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years' experience specifically in Maintenance, preferably in oil & gas and petrochemical sector. Language English and Arabic Proficiency. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Good awareness in Safety Operations, Risk Assessment, and Best Practice Engineering. Problem Solving Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Understand and follow oral and written instructions; prepare clear and concise records, reports and other written materials.
