WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations supporting our Rigid & Flexible Packaging Manufacturing facilities. Position: Warehouse & Logistics Manager Industry: Rigid & Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Department: Warehouse & Logistics Reports to: General Manager Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing all warehouse and logistics operations for Rigid and Flexible manufacturing activities. Ensuring accurate receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods. Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and material traceability. Ensuring continuous material availability to support production plans. Managing raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, consumables, packaging materials, and controlled materials. Implementing and monitoring FIFO / FEFO requirements. Managing inbound and outbound transportation and logistics activities. Coordinating daily and weekly finished-goods dispatch schedules. Monitoring stock levels, aging inventory, slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged materials. Managing cycle counts and monthly/annual physical inventory activities. Ensuring accurate and timely transactions in the SAP 4/Hana system. Coordinating closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Sales, Finance, HSE, and other departments. Maintaining proper segregation of approved, quarantined, rejected, and returned materials. Ensuring safe warehouse operations, racking, stacking, forklift operations, and material handling. Managing warehouse layout, capacity utilization, and storage optimization. Monitoring logistics and warehouse operating costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Leading, developing, and evaluating warehouse and logistics employees. Supporting audits, traceability exercises, inventory reconciliations, and continuous
- improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management,or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of relevant Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain experience. Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience. Strong manufacturing background is required/preferred. Experience within Rigid Packaging, Flexible Packaging, Plastics, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing will be a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, ERP (SAP 4/Hana)/WMS, FIFO/FEFO, Material Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Transportation Management. Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
