Job Identification

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive who is responsible for Implementation and controlling of the site practices, and providing coordination with Marketing, Sales, Customers, Agencies and Suppliers, to be part of our Marketing team located in Iraq.

What We Expect
  • Deliver best in class execution by deploying effective tools at right outlets.
  • Lead execution plans for customized activations & trade engagement initiatives/plans at territory level (Engaging all stake holders)
  • Direct competition insights to category & channel team for effective planning
  • Making sure all SAP postings are done as per compliance guidelines
  • In-store Executional Excellence at all channels. Develop & implement outlet activations as per Picture of Success
  • Liason with field sales team to cordinate the execution of customer programs at regional level
  • Coordinate with third party and HO for effective execution and controlling at territory level by engaging relevant stake holders
  • Collaborate with sales team to turn 'selling stories' into sales tools to effectively present loyalty & customer plans to retailers
  • Lead levies payments at territoy level by negotiating with tax vendors collaborating with all stake holders
  • DME Tracking through SAP & reconcile marketing store inventory
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales & marketing or engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in functional and marketing sector
  • Highly analytical.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects.
  • Able to travel (domestic and international).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP and Warehouse Management.
  • Advance in English.
  • Openness to change and diversity.
  • Ability to work in team.
  • Quality orientation and result oriented.
  • Good knowledge of CCI Business Systems.
  • Managerial and/or other functions experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-function teams, upper management and Corporate.
