ACZENTA seeks an experienced HSE Instructor to deliver high-quality training programs in refinery operations and associated safety risks.
About the Role
The successful candidate will design and facilitate training sessions on critical HSE topics, including process operational safety, material hazards and handling, safety procedures prior to shutdown, isolation protocols, and maintenance work safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HSE Induction Courses to HSE Technicians and Engineers, covering both theoretical and practical components.
- Facilitate training on critical HSE topics, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of refinery operations and OSHA/EPA safety regulations.
- Conduct written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and ability to apply safety standards and procedures effectively.
Requirements and Skills
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering HSE training programs, including designing training materials and assessments.
- Technical knowledge of refinery operations and associated safety risks, as well as strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other training tools.
