HSE Instructor for ACZENTA:

A highly experienced HSE professional is required to deliver comprehensive HSE Induction Courses to industry personnel, ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills to maintain safety and compliance in high-risk environments.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished HSE expert to take on a freelance role with ACZENTA, designing and delivering engaging training programs that cater to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry, a solid understanding of refinery operations and associated safety risks, as well as expertise in delivering training programs, including designing materials and assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver interactive HSE Induction Courses, incorporating both theoretical and practical components.
- Conduct written and practical competence assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and ability to apply safety standards and procedures effectively.

Key Requirements and Skills:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of OSHA and EPA safety regulations and their application in an oil and gas environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to groups and facilitating training sessions in diverse environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other training tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to engage participants effectively in both classroom and on-site training settings.
