Restaurant Team Leader

Leading a high-performing restaurant team is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a unique blend of leadership, operational, and interpersonal skills. As a restaurant manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including managing day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.

• Manage day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach, maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
• Deliver superior food and beverage service, maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with employees on preparation, guest profile, service, and menu served.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Manage and lead the restaurant team.
• Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue.
• Comply with fire regulations, health, and safety legislation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent grooming standards.

• Experience in standalone restaurant concepts is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Able to meet financial targets.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic & French languages preferred.
