Financial Leadership Position

About the Role:

The Senior Financial Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial functions within the organization. This includes managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, budgeting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger.
  • Analyze and prepare financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff, promoting professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
