Job Title: Programme Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to help us build robust programmes and processes for our office and team in Baghdad. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both operational and programmatic work aspects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day implementation of project activities, including programme planning, events coordination, financial management, and security management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the development and implementation of project plans and activities;
  • Coordinate events, meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including logistics and financial management;
  • Ensure that programming activities adhere to internal and external financial compliance requirements;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including activity reports and progress narrative reports;

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Law, or related fields, with at least three years of professional experience in a similar role with an NGO/INGO. You should also have fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken), as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
