Chief Supply Chain Associate

This role encompasses end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, contract administration, supplier evaluation, and reporting. The goal is to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to identify required materials and equipment specifications.
• Source qualified suppliers and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to at least three vendors when applicable.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and shipping methods to secure the best value.
• Compare quotations, prepare reports, and submit recommendations to the procurement team.
• Finalize agreements with suppliers/sub-contractors and issue Purchase Orders (POs) or contracts in line with agreed terms and payment milestones.
• Act as contract administrator throughout the project lifecycle until final delivery and closure.
• Prepare procurement plans in coordination with project managers to ensure timely supply for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Monitor and update Suppliers' Master Data File regularly, ensuring all suppliers adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and procurement policies.
• Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for RFQs, quotations, and related procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing & Logistics teams to collect and assess feedback on supplier performance.
• Evaluate supplier performance annually and submit Vendor Evaluation Reports to the Technical Procurement Team Leader.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports summarizing procurement activities, RFQ status, and vendor performance.
