We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive #Project_Coordinator (IT) to support our IT Project Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely progress, and maintaining clear documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of APIs and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

#Key_Responsibilities :Assist the IT Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.

Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation (technical specifications, API documentation, user guides, meeting notes, progress reports, etc.).

Follow up on project tasks and deliverables with team members and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

Track project progress against timelines, identifying potential risks or delays and escalating as needed.

Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Support in preparing status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and best practices in project management.

#Qualifications :Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

1 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within IT projects.

Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly.

Understanding of APIs, integration points, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, or similar).

Knowledge of IT systems, software development, or infrastructure projects.

Experience with technical writing or preparing user-facing documentation.

Basic understanding of project financials, resource allocation, and risk management
